Q. How do I add money to my student's lunch account?
A. Click on Nutrition Service on the Home Page of the Waukee CSD Web Store. Log in using your RevTrak credentials (email address and password). Enter the amount and your student/staff information. Then follow the easy checkout instructions. It may take 48 hours to update your account.

Q. How do I check my student/staff lunch account balance?
A. You do not need to add an amount or create an account to check your lunch account balance. Put in your student/staff Last Name and ID #. Then click on Check Balance. The Account Balance will be displayed. However it may take up to 48 hours to reflect new payments.

Q. How do I set up or change Low Balance Email Notification for my student's lunch account?
A. Low Balance Email Web Customer Instructions
  1. Log in to the Web Store using your RevTrak credentials (email address and password).
  2. Click My Account in the top navigation.
  3. Click Low Balance. If no student is connected to your account,
    click Add a Student to Low Balance Emails for Nutrition Services.
    Enter the required student information in the appropriate fields.
  4. Change Low Balance Email Settings (See image below)
    A. Subscribe: Turn low balance email on/off
    B. Balance Threshold: Edit low balance triggers for Breakfast, Lunch, Balance (ala carte)
    System defaults to Breakfast -10, Lunch -10, Balance $15.00 (low balance email would be sent when ala carte balance falls below $15.00)
    C. Frequency: Set low balance frequency

Q.What information do I need to provide to purchase online?
A. You will need to provide the following information to purchase online:
Discover, Mastercard or Visa Bankcard
Your student/staff Last name and ID number
Your email address for confirmation
A password which you create at the end of your first purchase

Q. What is my student's ID number?
A. The student ID is a five digit number assigned by the District. It can be found in the PowerSchool student database or by calling the building secretary. Once you have your student's ID number, it is a good idea to keep it in a safe place. You will need to enter that ID number each time you make an online payment.

Q. How do I pay for multiple students?
A. After each item you choose to purchase, select the Add to Cart button for confirmation. Then you may select Continue Shopping to add items for the same student or another student. When you are ready to check out, choose Checkout.

Q. What is my password?
A. You create a password of your own choosing. To pay online for the first time, click on Create New Account in the RevTrak Login box. You will be prompted for your email address and a password you create. This password is not issued by the school. If you are a Returning Customer and you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password at the bottom of the RevTrak Login box. If your email address is on file, your password will be emailed to you.

Q. How do I know the payment was accepted?
A. During checkout, you are required to provide an email address. When the charge is authorized, a confirmation email is sent immediately to that address.

Q. I did not receive an email confirmation of my registration.
A. Some of these confirmations have bounced back to the district as undeliverable. This seems to be mainly a problem with Mediacom email addresses. You should be able to go back to the district web page and proceed with your transaction without receiving the registration confirmation.

Q. I did not receive an email confirmation receipt of my payment.
A. Receipts are stored under My Account in RevTrak. You can go in at any time to look at previous receipts.

Q. I put money in my child's lunch account but it is not showing in RevTrak or PowerSchool.
A. Payments made by 9:00 a.m. will be available for lunch that same day. Please allow 24 hours (1 business day) for web store balances to be updated. For any questions about account balances contact Alicia Kennedy at 515-987-2719 or email at [email protected].

Q. Does the system store my credit card number?
A. No; for security reasons the system does not store your credit card number. The option to pay with a previously used card is made possible using securely encrypted tokens. The process of using secure tokens is an industry best practice in keeping with the stringent requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

Q: How do I reprint my receipt?
A. Log into the Waukee CSD Web Store using your RevTrak credentials (email address and password). Choose My Account from the top navigation. Your orders will be displayed under Order History. Then open the correct order and print.

Q. I want to know what the fees at the building are for.
A. Contact each building's secretary for an explanation of the fees.
